When you see a trampoline event suggested by a friend you just go and get prepared for jumping and giggles.
Well I was wrong...read the invites people, check the small print lool
We arrive at 'The Hoxton' London and we have a few minuets to kill before our "trampoline" event, I am kind of excited to relive my younger days and jump around aimlessly while having a giggle.
We check out a few of the vendors at the event and come across a "Sample sale" I must say workout clothing is expensive, I will stick to my sports bra, oversized T-shirt and breathable leggings thanks!
After leaving the "sample sale" and getting evils from sellers for barking about extortionate prices lool so sorry...we head to the main event.
As we approach the door a lady warns us that people are throwing their arms around...I am confused, why would they be doing that?
We walk in the room, there are individual trampolines, glow sticks and towels and I am still confused!
There is a well sculpted man at the front of the room barking orders and in dawns on me this is some crazy exercise class....NOOOOOO!
I decide to give it a go but end up doing my own thing and burning energy at a ridiculous rate. It was a trampoline, disco aerobics class. I had fun but that may be because I was just jumping around like a buffoon ignoring the instructions, fascinated by my new glow sticks.
Sweating over, I curse out my friend then go hunting for freebies, water and food lool
Seriously I knew I was going to some kind of fitness event as my girl @Katya_db is a fitness freak so I really should've known better.
In a separate room there are stall set up selling all things healthy and I must admit my first thought was give me a freebie or a burger I don't care which but then I found this guy!
Selling some of the most delicious chocolate I have ever tasted.
Then we tried some gorgeous Matcha Tea with coconut milk...What is that I hear you cry...Well!
Matcha is an Oriental green tea which is said to have the following benefits. I am now converted thanks to a lovely gentleman at 'Good & Proper tea' who gave me a freebie! Happy days :-)
All in all a good event, well organised and lots of great products, including a goodie bag filled with samples from some of the vendors!
RESULT lool
