"Burdock root is an underground tuber of greater burdock plant that found its use as a vegetable and medicinal herb. The plant burdock is a short biennial which believed to be native to the Northern Europe and Siberia. In Japan, popular as gobo, it is being cultivated on a larger scale as a major root herb since earlier times. In the botany, however, burdock sighted as a wild, easy-growing, hardy plant existing in almost all parts of the planet.
Botanically, burdock belongs to the family of Asteraceae; in the genus of Arctium, and known scientifically as Arctium lappa."

How do you take it?
I take Burdock root in tea form with a tea strainer..x2 cups a day (Morning and Evening)
Does it work?
My first few weeks I did go to the bathroom a lot more.
-Burdock root is a diuretic, so this is to be expected.
I guess it helped to clean out my system of any unnecessary toxins.
My PMS definitely improved, I had no cramps after the 1st month and I noticed an increase in the amount of perspiration during exercise.
All in all it seemed to do me some good cleansing wise and that

can only be a good thing.
