Here's something pretty cool I've just come across entitled 'The On Show', which is an online panel chat show with 4 Sista's co-hosting.
Two are actually sisters and two are friends, with one being former Britain/America's Next Top Model contestant Alisha White.
The idea is that on each episode the girls bring topics to discuss and after each topic, the girls vote if they are turned on or off by the topic, by turning on the lights on their drinking cups.
They're bringing a wide range of real life topics with a fun flava (though this isn't for kids), and I think overall it is a cool, fun and fresh idea, as it's different to any other web show I've seen so far. Plus, with time the girls will only improve on their presenting skills.
