It's so easy to find things to complain about in everyday life and when things go wrong it's natural for people to feel low but how often are we grateful and joyous just to be woken up in the morning or to feel the warmth of a duvet when it's cold and wet outside....if you're a negative Norman or a Moaning Mary maybe take 2minutes out of everyday to find something to be grateful for, something to smile about because there is always something.
It's not always easy to be happy & upbeat but it sure does make a difference to your day when you start it with a smile. In the meantime why not have a read of these books.
I like them all because they're simple to absorb and the principles are easy to apply to everyday life....What have you got to loose? Negativity...that's not a bad thing :-)
