Cool Link: Chineasy.org

As well as seeking to learn more of the Ghanaian Fante dialect over the years (gotta stay connected to my roots!), I also had an interest in learning how to speak Japanese and Chinese but never really got beyond a few key words and phrases.

In regards to the latter though, I was glad to see an interview in yesterday's Metro paper with a lady named ShaoLan, who created her own method of learning to read Chinese by combining written characters with simple coloured illustrations, and the end result is nothing short of brilliant;

For anyone with an interest in learning more about Chineasy, it's definitely worth keeping up with the Official Website and ShaoLan.com as there are a plethora of learning tools for all capabilities!
