Food: Spiced Cinnamon, Maple Syrup And Banana Croissant

A yummy weekend breakfast treat!


A warm croissant filled with banana, maple syrup and cinnamon....don't knock, try it for yourself. 


First peel and chop a small/medium banana.... 


To your chopped banana add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and two teaspoons of maple syrup...   



Slightly warm your croissant in the oven for around 5mins or until warm not hot then slice half way to make a pocket and fill with your banana mixture...
